My process is actually rather simple. I can do consults either, face to face or by email depending on your project. To keep my calendar easy to manage you just send a request form and we go from there and I get back to you ASAP.
There is a few levels of consultations you can choose from depending on what you need.
And if you think I'm to busy for you.... I'M NOT...... My schedule is updated bi-weekly so you can see my available dates in real time up to two months in advance.

How to read my calender!
Here is my schedule in real time. This is updated twice weekly. If you see a time you would like, add the time and date you need to the request and once you are scheduled with deposit. your time slot is added
This method prevents double/ overlapping scheduling.
IF YOUR DATES HAVE NOT BEEN CONFIRMED BY THE SHOP, YOU ARE NOT SCHEDULED YET. JUST EMAILING ME ABOUT DATES DOSE NOT SCHEDULE YOU!!!!!
My schedule changes monthly. But my time slots are predictable. My days are in two sections, early afternoons and early evenings
Tuesdays/Wednesdays 11am- 3pm / 4pm- 7pm
Fridays/Saturdays 11am- 3pm / 4pm- 7pm
If my day is blank, its totally open for booking.
If you see only part of a day open, I have select time slots available that day, for scheduling.
If you see a day fully striked out (whole day is filled with lines) I'm booked for the whole day.
If the day has a single strike, it's not open for booking at all.
